These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RankAtom.com SaaS product (“RankAtom”) provided by DopeSaaS (“DopeSaaS,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using RankAtom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use RankAtom.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RankAtom, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and you further represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We dont support or promote adult related search on our platform.
2. Description of RankAtom
RankAtom is a SaaS product that provides users with search engine optimization (SEO) analytics, keyword research, and other related tools to improve website rankings and visibility on search engine result pages (SERPs).
3. User Account
To access RankAtom, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly notify DopeSaaS of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Proper Use
You agree to use RankAtom only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use RankAtom to transmit or distribute any material that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights in connection with your use of RankAtom. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary rights or licenses for any content you submit or access through RankAtom.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
DopeSaaS retains all rights, title, and interest in and to RankAtom, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the RankAtom name, trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property belonging to DopeSaaS. Reselling is not allowed, this will lead to the suspension of the account.
5.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to RankAtom (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant DopeSaaS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display User Content for the purposes of providing RankAtom and related services.
6. Privacy
DopeSaaS respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using RankAtom, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RankAtom, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to access and use RankAtom will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DopeSaaS and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with RankAtom.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DopeSaaS and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of RankAtom, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of RankAtom after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DopeSaaS regarding RankAtom and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
13. Fair usage
RankAtom firmly opposes any misuse of our trial offers, as such actions directly contradict the original purpose of providing new users with an opportunity to explore our features. The trial period is intended solely for acquainting oneself with the Service, and it should only be utilized once for this purpose. Engaging in multiple trial registrations by a single user is explicitly prohibited. The allocation and utilization of keyword credits are expressly restricted to a daily maximum of 5,000 credits.
